All our sites have CCTV camera monitoring, high security fencing securing the perimeter of the site and gates that control access so that only customers are allowed in.

Each of our containers storage units come with a steel lockbox that protects the padlock from any tampering as well as a heavy duty padlock to secure the container unit.

Yes – all the containers on our Macclesfield site were brought in brand new. They’re completely wind and water tight.

They’re the same containers used to transport expensive goods over the sea (there’s a very good chance the furniture you’ve bought as come to the UK in a container).

Each container has a plywood floor so there is a clean surface to place your things on top of.

We visually inspect each unit before it’s handed to a new customer so that we’re sure that it’s clean & dry for you moving in.

The most important thing is making sure your things go in dry!  If you put anything in that is very wet then moisture can become a problem. Any questions give us a call.

Yes all our units at Macclesfield are located on the ground floor meaning you can drive your vehicle to the door of your storage unit. Access doesn’t come any easier.

Yes – when you move in you’ll be given a code to the gate which will allow you to come and go whenever you need. This is only available to our customers.

When you move in we’ll take an initial payment to take you to the end of the current month. This will include a £50 deposit – that you get back at the end of your storage period on returning the padlock we provide you as well as leaving the unit clean, dry & tidy.

Afterwards you’ll be billed on the 1st of the month for that month’s storage – so for example on January 1st you’ll pay for January’s storage.

If you move out in the middle of the month we’ll refund you for any storage you’ve not used – you’ll never be out of pocket storing with us.

No – unlike most large national storage chains we don’t ask customers to pay for their own lock. We’ll provide one. All we ask is a £50 deposit which you get back when we get the lock back and the storage unit is left as clean, dry & tidy as you found it.

Just let us know when you’ve cleared the storage unit.

We’ll need photos of the unit to prove it’s been left in the same state as you found it in.

We’ll cancel the payments of the storage unit and refund you for any storage you’ve not used.

Unlike most storage companies you don’t need to give us any notice – just give us a call on the day you’ve moved your things out.
