Yes we use the a CCTV camera system with inbuilt AI that can detect intruders. The perimeter of the site is secured by palisade fencing stopping any unauthorised access. We have gates that control access meaning only customers are allowed on site.

Each one of container storage units comes with a heavy duty padlock (free of charge, we just ask for a small deposit that you get back when you return us the lock & key at the end of your storage period) and a steel lock box that protects the lock from being vandalised.

Yes you can. All our container storage units are located on the groundfloor meaning you can drive your car or drive to the door of your storage unit.

This is much better than indoor storage room options where you’ll have to park in a carpark, walk into the building, navigate corridors (and even stair cases) to find your storage unit. If you’re coming and going a decent amount this type of access with our container storage really saves you time and effort.

When you sign up you’ll pay for however many days are left in the month from the date you move in.

There is also a £50 deposit to pay (which you get back when you leave the unit clean and tidy whilst returning our lock & key that we provide you free of charge).

After that you’re billed on the 1st of every month for the following month’s storage.

If you move out before the end of the month we’ll refund you for any storage you’ve not used.

Super simple – just call us or email us on the day you’ve emptied your unit and we’ll cancel the payment.

We need some photos of the lock & key returned and the unit in a clean condition.

We’ll then get about processing the admin around the move out, refunding your deposit and any storage you’ve not used by moving out before the end of the month.
